Common Questions
What you'd probably ask next.
What happens after my 14-day trial ends?
You choose. Subscribe and keep everything unlocked — your journal, patterns, AI reflections, all of it. Or don't. Your past entries stay readable, but new entries and AI features pause until you subscribe. No auto-charging, no surprises.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly or annual — cancel through your account settings whenever you want. Monthly cancellations take effect at the end of your billing period. Annual subscribers can request a prorated refund for unused months if they cancel early. See our
Refund Policy for details. Your data is always yours.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your journal entries are private to you. AI reflections are generated on your behalf and stored in your account. We don't sell or share your data — ever. Your entries are never used to train AI models. Noema uses self-hosted analytics with no Google Analytics or ad networks watching what you write. We do use the Meta Pixel to track page visits for ad conversion measurement — this tells us whether our ads are working, not what you write in your journal. The pixel does not read, access, or store your journal content.
Does the trial require a credit card?
No. You start journaling immediately. We'll ask for payment details only if you choose to subscribe after the trial.
What if I want to stop after the trial?
Nothing happens. You won't be charged. You won't be enrolled automatically. Your data stays accessible (read-only) with no action required on your part. We're not here to trap you.
Is Noema a replacement for therapy?
No. Noema is a structured self-examination system. It is not a licensed therapist, medical provider, or crisis intervention service. It doesn't diagnose conditions or provide treatment. If you're in crisis or need clinical support, please reach out to a qualified professional.
